Hi Darcie, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
To me, success is best defined as the ability to conquer challenges and offer effective solutions. I find immense satisfaction in the process of troubleshooting and delving into problems to identify their underlying causes. Whether it’s unraveling the root cause of an issue or seeking ways to enhance the current state of affairs through continuous improvement, these endeavors hold tremendous value for me and ignite a profound sense of accomplishment.

At Vantage Hemp Co., we proudly distinguish ourselves as manufacturers of various nutraceuticals, including CBD. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In that spirit, I would like to dedicate my shoutout to a few individuals who have played significant roles in shaping my journey. Firstly, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to my mother. Throughout my entire life, she has been a pillar of unwavering support, continuously motivating me to pursue my passions and providing solace during challenging times.

Next, I would like to give recognition to my late father. Even though he is no longer with us, his profound impact remains. He instilled in me a strong sense of ethics and an internal drive to leave a meaningful legacy that can positively impact the world. As a tribute to his memory, I strive to make a difference in everything I do.

Lastly, I would like to extend a special shoutout to my partner, Sam. Sam’s genuine appreciation for excellence in all aspects of life is truly inspiring. Sam’s admiration for quality has encouraged me to continuously strive for greatness and to push beyond my limits.
